Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the ring in its original travel pouch and secure it in a padded mailer, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new size within 3-5 business days.
